LAS VEGAS, Oct. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Las Vegas community dimmed the lights of its digital marquees for 11 minutes Sunday night to honor the victims and heroes of last week's tragic event. From 10:05 to 10:16 p.m., marquees along the Strip and across the Las Vegas Valley remained dim and the city collectively respected those affected with a moment of darkness.
Following the tribute, digital marquees throughout the city displayed a message of resilience: When Things Get Dark, Las Vegas Shines. This message will remain in rotation until Monday morning.
