Las Vegas Celebrity Chef Akira Back Awarded Michelin Star for Acclaimed Restaurant, DOSA in Hometown of Seoul, South Korea
LAS VEGAS, Nov. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The 2018 Michelin Guide Seoul announced this week that renowned Las Vegas Chef Akira Back, partner of the prestigious Hakkasan Group, was awarded one Michelin star for his innovative restaurant concept DOSA in Seoul, South Korea.

Opened in the spring of 2016, DOSA's cuisine pays homage to Chef Back's Korean roots. Featuring a dynamic combination of flavors fueled by Chef Back's inventive passion to create culinary masterpieces, DOSA's menu spotlights seasonal ingredients with unique flavor profiles.
A longtime native of Las Vegas, Chef Back has been delighting the city with his inventive cuisine for almost a decade as Executive Chef and Partner of the prestigious Hakkasan Group. His first restaurant, Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge at Bellagio Resort & Casino has continuously exemplified the highest level of authentic Japanese cuisine, becoming one of the most renowned restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip.
