(the "Company") (Nasdaq: LCA), a special purpose acquisition company, encourages its stockholders to vote in favor of the approval of the Company's proposed business combination (the "Business Combination") with Golden Nugget Online Gaming, Inc. ("GNOG") and the related proposals to be voted upon at the Company's special meeting in lieu of its 2020 annual meeting of stockholders (the "Special Meeting"). How do I attend and vote at the Special Meeting?
