STATESVILLE, N.C., Oct. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Bebida Beverage Company (OTC markets: BBDA) (BeBevCo), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of Relaxation drinks and energy products announced today the company has signed an exclusive distribution partnership with Food and Drinks Inc., based in Medellin, Colombia. The company will add KOMA Unwind Relaxation drinks, as well as the POTENICA Blast Energy Shots, to their product portfolio.

Food and Drinks Inc. has stated that through a network of distributors and their own direct network, BeBevCo's products will be hitting store shelves before the Holiday season.
