Leading in-home care provider KinCare adopts cloud-based solution for improved client care and streamlined operations with real-time scheduling and communication

ClickWorkforce, a cloud-based end-to-end mobile workforce management solution, will enable thousands of mobile KinCare home care workers across Australia to provide optimised appointment schedules for their clients, leading to a deeper and more consistent level of care. With seamless integration to Kincare's Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Kincare is differentiating amongst their competitors by achieving a true 360 degree view of their clients.
KinCare delivers home and health care support including nursing care, personal care, domestic assistance, social support, respite care, transport and case management to over 6500 people. A customer of ClickSoftware since 2007, KinCare has since moved to the cloud, with staff across all sites nationally using ClickSoftware for appointment scheduling. The switch to ClickSoftware's ClickWorkforce will:
