Johnson succeeds Nicolas Hollis as Chief Executive Officer. Hollis will take a strategic and governance role as UAS Board of Directors Vice Chairman. During his 18 years with Quest Diagnostics, Johnson held numerous management and executive level positions. In 1996, Johnson joined DIANON Systems, Inc., the preeminent cancer diagnostic services company offering specialized anatomic pathology and molecular genetic testing services to physicians nationwide. He served as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board for DIANON Systems, Inc. until January 2003, when the company was acquired by Laboratory Corporation of America. Currently, Johnson serves on the Boards of NeoGenomics, Inc. and ClearPath Diagnostics, a private company.
