Kern Health Systems Is the Latest ZeOmega® Client to Go Live with Jiva™ 6.1

PLANO, Texas, Nov. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Kern Health Systems (KHS)—the largest managed Medi-Cal health plan in Kern County, California—recently went live with Jiva^™ 6.1, ZeOmega^®'s end-to-end population health management (PHM) platform. As part of KHS's criteria, implementation had to take less than a year. This was a major challenge, considering California's complex compliance laws. KHS and ZeOmega met the challenge together, implementing Jiva in less than a year from the date the contract was finalized—a significant accomplishment for all involved.
