Kaybus Joins with Deloitte to Provide Comprehensive Knowledge Automation Platform and Improve Employee Efficiency
New Alliance Expands Kaybus' Global Presence, Increases Employee Productivity Across Deloitte Customers in Australia and New Zealand
SAN FRANCISCO, June 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Kaybus, the only provider of a comprehensive Knowledge Automation platform, announced a new alliance with Deloitte Australia to deliver Knowledge Automation to customers in Australia and New Zealand. The new alliance will enable Deloitte to further expand on its information and content management services for its clients while driving increased efficiency and intelligent knowledge sharing across its own 6,000 staff and teams. The alliance also provides Kaybus with a significant market foothold in Australia and New Zealand.
With increasingly fast product cycles, businesses are creating and modifying content at a rapid pace. This content is sprawled across a growing number of repositories such as Dropbox, Box or SharePoint, which makes it difficult for employees to find the most current information to get their jobs done, resulting in a knowledge gap. Many companies manually collect and transform content into usable knowledge, a process that is slow and ineffective.
"Kaybus is a platform that will help our clients more quickly and efficiently access the data they need, to make the strategic decisions necessary to operate as efficiently and effectively as possible, ultimately improving their bottom line," Geoff Stalley, partner of mergers, acquisitions and integrations at Deloitte Australia, said. "Internally, we believe adding Kaybus' capabilities to our current suite of offerings will ensure our people are quickly and efficiently getting the information they need to excel at their jobs."
Kaybus' Knowledge Automation platform leverages machine learning and big data analytics to automate how content is collected, adjusted and surfaced to each employee, to ensure the right knowledge reaches the right employee. Kaybus' integrated and discoverable video capabilities played a pivotal role in Deloitte's decision to form an alliance with the company. With discoverable video, users can search within and tag a video's automatically transcribed content, much as they would access documents to get real-time answers.
"Companies today are struggling to deal with sprawling information across more silos than ever before," Seenu Banda, founder and CEO of Kaybus said. "Most solutions simply create a new repository and add confusion for employees, but our Knowledge Automation is designed to be a single source of truth for business users and surface only the most relevant information to employees. Deloitte understands the value in this software and why it is a critical part of running efficient and high performing organizations."
Together the two firms will help organizations in Australia and NZ ensure employees have access to the precise knowledge they need to be effective at their jobs.
