Justin Bieber is the Celebrity Most In Need of a Good Night Sleep says survey by online bedding retailer, Boll & Branch

NEW YORK, March 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Boll & Branch, the leading manufacturer and online retailer of luxury organic bedding, today released the results of a nationwide survey indicating which overstressed celebrity is most in need of a restful night's sleep. Justin Bieber topped the charts, followed by Miley Cyrus and Lindsay Lohan.

Celebrity sleep survey results:

• Justin Bieber garnered the most votes, with 48.01% of respondents selecting him as the celebrity most in need of a good night's sleep
• Not to be left out, Miley Cyrus and Lindsay Lohan came in at number two and three, with 17.55% and 16.89% of the votes respectively
• New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, the only non-entertainer on the list, received a surprising 8.94% of the votes
• Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift both received only 0.66% of the votes

Underlining the fun survey is a serious message about the benefits of quality restful sleep. Sleep deprivation sets people up for risky decision making, which may explain why Bieber is in the news so often, for all the wrong reasons.  Studies have proven that comfortable bedding is vital for optimal sleep and that personal performance is closely linked to good sleeping habits.
