SOUTHLAKE, Texas, March 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Judy Odom will join Sabre's board of directors and will serve as the independent chair of the board's audit committee.
An experienced technology executive, Odom co-founded Software Spectrum, a global provider of computer software and services, where she was chief executive officer and chairman of the board, prior to the company going public in 1991.
She currently serves as a director of Leggett & Platt, a Fortune 500 component manufacturer, where she is chair of the audit committee, and Harte-Hanks, a marketing company, where she is chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee.
