Judy Luzeski Promoted to Vice President of Client Services at Schoolwires®
STATE COLLEGE, Pa., July 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Judy Luzeski has been promoted to Vice President of Client Services at Schoolwires where she is accountable for developing, managing, and executing professional services, customer care, and client retention strategies to help meet the company's goals for services revenue and client retention.

"Judy has held key positions that have given her intimate knowledge about all the functional areas of our business, including Client Services, and prepared her well for this role."
Ms. Luzeski is responsible for ensuring that clients have a quality experience throughout their adoption of Schoolwires' solutions. This includes responsibility for client education, consultative professional and creative services, technical support, client relationship management, personalized premium support plans, and online help and support communities for clients.
Ms. Luzeski has been with Schoolwires since 2009 as Senior Director of the Program Management Office where she led a cross-functional team in the planning, rollout, migration, and adoption of Schoolwires' flagship product, Centricity2™. She also managed the successful rollout and incubation of Schoolwires' safe social learning platform, Nimbus™. She has been Interim Vice President of Client Services since March 31. Ms. Luzeski holds a Masters in Computer Science from Villanova University, the Project Management Institute's Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
