Juan I. Bonifacino, Former Vice President for M&A and Proxy Contest Research at ISS, Joins CamberView as Principal

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CamberView Partners, LLC announced today that Juan Bonifacino has joined the firm as a Principal. As a senior member of Institutional Shareholder Services, Inc.'s (ISS) Mergers & Acquisitions and Proxy Contest Research team, Mr. Bonifacino led and contributed to research on more than 100 contested situations, working with management teams, board members and investors to develop thoughtful analyses utilized by institutional investors.

Prior to joining ISS, Mr. Bonifacino was an analyst at General Dynamics Corp. and managed a finance department at a real estate firm. Mr. Bonifacino is a CFA charterholder with an M.B.A. from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University.
