KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of its 25th birthday celebrations, JTV (Jewelry Television®) announced today the launch of a newly designed and renovated studio space, including an immersive 330 degree set environment. Alongside the world renowned and Emmy Award-Winning design firm Jack Morton Design, JTV began planning in January 2018, followed by six months of design and four months of construction.
Renovations include upgraded sets, cameras, lighting and other production support. The remodel allows for an expansive scenic environment, with 13 vignettes to provide unique backgrounds for the wide range of JTV shows.
"We're continually challenging ourselves to deliver the best experience possible to our customer, especially those who view our broadcast," said Tim Matthews, CEO and President. "These new, updated sets will allow us to engage our viewers in a more comfortable and inviting environment, while also giving us the opportunity to highlight more details and features of our jewelry."
These renovations come on the heels of JTV's first ever "JTV Jewelry Love Tour" – a multi-stop bus tour featuring the best of JTV jewelry, interactive activities and experiences and more – which hit the road in late August to bring the online and broadcast experience to consumers in-person across the South.
