John Vilade Joins ONE World Sports as Executive Vice President, Advertising Sales
Veteran of CBS, NBCUniversal, Hulu, Discovery Joins Fast-Growing TV Network Targeting Millennials with Global Sports Content
STAMFORD, Conn., Nov. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- ONE World Sports, America's Network for Global Sports, announced today that John Vilade has joined the network as Executive Vice President, Advertising Sales.
With over 20 years of successful media advertising sales, distribution sales and business development experience, Vilade brings to ONE World Sports a proven track record, terrific media pedigree and a vast clientele of senior-level relationships. He joins ONE World Sports from CBS, where Vilade served as Vice President, National Digital Ad Sales for CBS Local Digital Media. Vilade will be working from ONE World Sports' New York office.

Before CBS, Vilade was Executive Vice President, National Ad Sales, for Inform, formerly NDN, a provider of personalized content delivery and performance-based monetization to mobile and desktop advertisers and publishers. Prior to Inform, Vilade was Vice President, National Advertising Sales, East & Central Regions, for Hulu, and, before that, he served as Vice President, National Advertising Sales for Discovery Communications. He served for more than 10 years collectively within various units within NBC, most recently as Vice President, National Ad Sales for NBC's Strategic Partnership Group. Vilade holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in communication studies from Baylor University.
