In recognition of his professional accolades, Henderson has attained numerous recognitions by several organizations. Henderson was the recipient of the 2015 Honoree Distinguished Worldwide Humanitarian Award and was noted as an Industry Expert in "Top 101 Industry Experts." Additionally, Henderson received a #1 Small Safety award for a small company in Hawaii.

Throughout the course of his education and training, Henderson attended Seattle Community College where he attained his Associate's degree in Business Administration.
