John Hancock Retirement Plan Services Launches Dedicated Website with Comprehensive Set of Tools and Services for TPA Firm Owners
TPAessentials focuses on giving TPAs edge in competitive environment
BOSTON, Feb. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- John Hancock Retirement Plan Services (JHRPS) has launched a dedicated website for its TPAessentials program, a comprehensive suite of tools and services for third-party administrators (TPAs). The website can help TPA firm owners run a successful business and provides them with easy access to resources that can add value for their clients.
The TPAessentials program and website is available to TPAs who complete a program application. Resources include online tools, continuing education webcasts, and professional service subscriptions and discount programs, organized under four categories that are key to business success:
- Operational efficiency – tools and services that streamline administrative workflow with John Hancock
- Industry education – training and tools to help TPAs develop their knowledge base efficiently and cost-effectively
- Business practice optimization – tools and programs to help TPAs manage their practices, identify opportunities, and measure success
- Marketing support – programs and support to help TPAs market their firms' services, define their value propositions, and generate sales
The latest tool available through the new website is the TPA Service Exchange. TPA business owners can generate additional revenue by promoting the services they offer for outsourcing to other TPA firms. By using this resource, TPAs can partner with each other to broaden their service offerings.
"At JHRPS, we want to be the TPA's partner of choice," said Ann Slotwinski, vice president, TPA Services, JHRPS. "For more than 20 years, our company has been working closely with TPAs, listening to their needs and developing resources to help create strong, healthy businesses. Our comprehensive TPAessentials program, easily accessed through our new dedicated website, reflects the input we received from the market and our commitment to provide industry-leading support to help the TPA industry thrive."
