John Hancock Investments Launches National Multimedia Campaign
Ads highlight the firm's unique manager-of-managers approach
BOSTON, Oct. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- John Hancock Investments today announced the start of a national advertising campaign designed to heighten awareness of the firm's unique manager-of-managers approach to investing. The ads reinforce how the firm's research and oversight capabilities complement those that advisors do for investors. The campaign will appear in print, online, and on cable television.

In creating the campaign, John Hancock Investments sought the input of financial advisors, said Arnott. "What we heard was that advisors value the depth of our manager research and oversight, which is also at the foundation of the work they do with their clients."
The television ads will begin running on October 6, 2014, and will air primarily on CNBC's Squawk Box and Worldwide Exchange, as well as Bloomberg TV's Early Morning, Closing Bell, Surveillance, In the Loop with Betty Liu, and Street Smart. The print advertisements are slated to run in a variety of newspapers and industry publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Barron's, InvestmentNews, Institutional Investor, PlanSponsor, Pensions & Investments, Financial Planning, and Registered Rep. Online ads will run on advisor-focused sites operated by CNBC, Bloomberg, Yahoo! Finance, LinkedIn, The Wall Street Journal, and Barron's, and will be supplemented by digital ads run on the Captivate Network, targeting advisors nationally on lobby and elevator screens in select buildings.
