Jobookit Technologies To Begin Trading On Tel Aviv Stock Exchange
Jobookit Holdings Limited's initial value is estimated to be between 25 and 35 million dollars
TEL AVIV, Israel, April 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Jobookit Technologies, a start-up company founded by the serial entrepreneur Arik Filstein which has developed cutting edge products such as ExactMe!, is a unique talent search engine and has announced its IPO. As indicated at ExactMe!'s January launch event in South America, Jobookit will start trading on Tel Aviv's stock Exchange.
"We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding between Danidav Investment Limited and Jobookit. The combined company will be called Jobookit Holdings Limited to be controlled by Jobookit's stockholders," Arik Filstein said.
The company, founded by Arik Filstein in 2008, has raised about 4 million dollars from accredited investors and has stockholders such as Shimon Zaks, Former Microsoft Europe CEO; Eli Levy, current HP software CEO; Rafi Shkolnik, Former NetApp CEO; Tal Eliyashiv, Former CIO Bank Of America; Omri Lachman Marketing Guru and others.
At the day of this outstanding announcement, Danidav stock rose 17.2%. Jobookit Holding Limited's initial value is estimated by analysts between 25 and 35 million dollars.
