"This is a real honor for our company," says JLab owner and CEO, Josh Rosenfield. "JLab is a small headphones company competing against giant corporations like Sony, Sennheiser, and now Monster. Even without celebrities pimping our gear, our JBuds (iPod earbuds) have been the best selling headphones on Amazon.com for most of the last four years. They sound great, they're way more comfortable than the stock ear phones that come with the iPod, the styles are hot, and they start at only $9.95. And JLab takes very, very good care of our customers. Unlike the big corporations, we really value every customer. We keep it real. For our customers, that makes all the difference."
JLab started as a one man business, designing and manufacturing the B-Flex, a patented portable USB laptop speaker on a flex cable. The B-Flex was praised for its innovation in the NY Times, on Gizmodo.com, and in WIRED and has been an industry favorite for mobile salespeople for several years. "As a new brand in consumer electronics, it takes time to break through," says Josh. "We get calls from customers every day asking us if they can buy our products in Office Depot, Staples, Target, Best Buy. Soon, we tell them." JLab went on to create the highly successful JBuds line of iPod headphones. The JBuds were a viral, cult-like hit on Amazon.com, reaching #1 during Christmas of 2006. By 2008, Amazon was sourcing directly from JLab. In 2009, JLab launched on Amazon Japan, and this year the line goes live on Amazon France, UK, and Canada. "We're growing like crazy," reports the CEO, who is currently recruiting for a Managing Director, Sales Manager, and Marketing and Brand Manager. "We need talented, hungry, hardworking people who are ready to hustle with us to grow this business."
JLab is planning a major product launch this Christmas of the new JBuds J4, the most indestructible ear buds ever made. The company's latest product line comes in a wide range of packaging for stores of all sizes, from newsstands to big box retailers. "Everyone can put a case of these on their counter and make money with them," says Rosenfield. "Just send us an email through www.JLabAudio.com!"
JLab is currently looking for retail store owners, as well as up and coming hip hop producers, musicians, models, filmmakers, and other artists to contribute to a huge viral ad campaign. CEO and designer Josh Rosenfield also just launched a new couture fashion line called BOQARI featuring sexy seamless underwear for men and women, the world's first couture earbuds (the Q1), and a stylish urban tote for men called the Getaway Bag. BOQARI is also recruiting for a Sales Manager and looking for resellers. Contact via www.BOQARI.com.
