J.D. Power 2018 U.S. Auto Insurance Study Names AAA Insurance, underwritten by CSAA Insurance Group, as Highest-Ranked Auto Insurance Brand in the Southwest
SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- AAA Insurance, underwritten by CSAA Insurance Group, was named the highest-ranked auto insurance brand in the Southwest in the J.D. Power 2018 U.S. Auto Insurance Study.
The survey found overall customer satisfaction with U.S. auto insurers rose in 2018, scoring 826 on a 1,000 point scale. This record-high satisfaction rating points to stronger brand loyalty, as the number of consumers shopping around for auto insurance fell to a record low.
