Jarden Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
* Increases Annual Dividend to $0.3450 per share *
RYE, N.Y., March 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Jarden Corporation (NYSE: JAH) today announced that its board of directors increased its dividend by approximately 5% and declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.08625 per share of the Company's common stock, payable on April 29, 2011 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 1, 2011.
Commenting on the increased dividend, Martin E. Franklin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Jarden Corporation, noted, "Jarden has increased its dividend each year since implementing its first dividend in 2009.
