This new feature provides retailers with the ability to attach AppleCare+ when they sell an iPhone.
- PocketRQ Inventory (beta release) – A new enhancement for RQ Retail Management – Provides access to key areas of RQ on in-store smartphones or mobile browsing devices. Users are able to view reports and dashboards in real time, create activities and access customer, product and employee information. It allows retail staff to efficiently perform inventory counts by scanning items in the back of house and checking stock availability while in the front of house.
- XQ Browse for iPad (beta release) – A new enhancement for XQ Interactive Retail – Enables consumer access to in-depth product information on an Apple iPad, making the purchase decision faster and easier. Customers are able to drill down into available products and features to find exactly what they need. The Browse-equipped iPad can also serve as a portable sales aid for staff, to walk customers through available products and services.
