IP Attorney Brian M. Koide Joins McGlinchey Stafford's Intellectual Property/Commercial Litigation Team in Washington, DC

Throughout his 20-year legal career, Koide has served as lead or co-lead counsel in numerous high-tech, high-stakes patent infringement disputes. A registered patent attorney with an engineering degree, Koide combines his litigation, technical, and substantive patent law experience to represent clients in all phases of patent litigation.

Koide has litigated a wide range of technologies, representing both patent holders and accused infringers in more than 50 district court patent infringement cases. His client base includes a range of companies from Fortune 100 to small startup entities. His litigation experience has included electronic payment systems, commercial vehicles, consumer electronics, smart phones, mobile apps, WiFi, encryption, graphic user interfaces, network equipment, digital cameras, digital printers, scanners, online auctions, digital image processing, and speech compression.

Koide was selected to participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity's Fellows Program in 2013 and has remained active in the organization since.
