Invoca Hires New Sales Leader to Accelerate Company's Record Enterprise Business Growth
Ben Sullivan brings over 20 years of experience building and managing sales organizations at high-growth SaaS and telecommunications companies
SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Feb. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Invoca, the call intelligence company, today announced SaaS and telecommunications sales veteran, Ben Sullivan, joined the executive team as senior vice president of sales. Bringing 20 years of experience building, leading and scaling global sales organizations, Sullivan will be instrumental in driving expansion of Invoca's enterprise customer base and fueling subscription revenue growth.
Sullivan's hire comes on the back of significant enterprise momentum at Invoca, as smartphone adoption and mobile marketing collectively drive tens of billions of phone calls to businesses every year. Recent new customers include Allstate, Frontier Communications, Mayo Clinic, Microsoft, SunTrust and Vivint Smart Home, while over the past three years Invoca increased its software revenue from enterprise customers by over 500 percent.

In this role, Sullivan brings over 20 years of experience building and managing sales organizations at high-growth SaaS companies. Prior to Invoca, Sullivan was the vice president of worldwide sales at ON24, where he led and scaled the global sales organization and drove over 70 percent subscription revenue growth. Prior to that, Sullivan also served as vice president of strategic alliances and business development at ON24. Sullivan has held various sales and management roles in voice telephony, unified SaaS communications and enterprise SaaS companies including Genesys, Winstar Communications and Verizon. Sullivan holds a BA in sociology and mass communication and marketing from Saint Anselm College.
