Investor's Business Daily Rolls Out New Enhancements To Stock Tables, Industry Groups
LOS ANGELES, Feb. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Investor's Business Daily (IBD) rolled out new enhancements to its stock tables and screens today that will streamline stock research and save investors time.
"These changes are all about helping investors get to the best stocks quicker," said Chris Gessel, the Executive Editor of Investor's Business Daily. "It'll be easier to zero in on the best names in the Smart Tables, which are entirely unique from any stock tables out there."
IBD Smart Tables present stocks in 33 industry sectors from strongest to weakest, to help subscribers focus on the leading sectors and the best stocks within those sectors.
"The latest improvements include highlighted Sector Leaders at the beginning of the tables that now have mini charts for each Leader giving people even more critical data. This way, readers can quickly see the best of the best. Our tracking shows that historically these Sector Leaders have outperformed in uptrending markets," notes Gessel.
In addition, IBD will expand the 197 Industry Groups list found on Page B2 to include the Top 40 Groups and the Worst 40 Groups. Investors can now see at-a-glance which groups are leading or lagging the market.
