Award Presented to JetBlue at Special Ceremony in NY
WASHINGTON, Aug. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The International Society for Performance Improvement announced the successful accreditation of JetBlue Airways' (Nasdaq: JBLU) AME Certification Program at a presentation on Aug. 15 in New York City. ISPI, the leading association dedicated to improving productivity and performance in the workplace, conducted the third-party evaluation which was based on the JetBlue certification program's alignment to a set of industry standards and code of ethics. The Assessment, Measurement, and Evaluation Certification Program was designed for JetBlue University faculty to cultivate data-driven decision-making skills and expertise within the company.

The JetBlue AME Certification Program is a four-month performance-based program that leverages applied learning opportunities. A combination of workshops, webinars, personal knowledge builders, and practice with a mentor and peers helps participants learn and apply best practices in the areas of assessment, measurement and evaluation.
