(PINKSHEETS: IDAD) ("Display Ads"), is pleased to advise that all corporate restructuring activities which included name change and 4:1 reverse split have both been completed. The new symbol of IDAD is now effective as of April 18, 2013. IDAD is completely current on OTC Markets. The previous CUSIP Number was 27887G 204 and the new CUSIP Number for IDAD is now 459410 106.
