The acquisition means that both SMBs and partners will benefit from an even more robust Unified Communications (UC) experience on top of the extremely popular Cloud Voice solution that Intermedia currently provides. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Availability
Solution integration work is underway, with the first offering expected to be available by early next year.
