Integrated Marketing and Branding Expert Jim Joseph Joins Cohn & Wolfe to Lead North America Region
NEW YORK, Feb. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohn & Wolfe (www.cohnwolfe.com), a leading global communications agency, today announced the appointment of Jim Joseph as President of North America, the agency's largest region. With over 25 years of integrated marketing, public relations and branding experience, Joseph will oversee and drive business across all offices in the U.S., Mexico and Canada. His responsibilities include operational and strategic oversight, client service and satisfaction, new business and employee development and retention. Joseph will also lead the New York office, the agency's headquarters, where he will be based. Joseph will report to Donna Imperato, Chief Executive Officer.

Joseph has a track record of expanding agency capabilities to offer integrated marketing services, including branding, advertising, digital marketing, social media and consumer promotion. He joins Cohn & Wolfe from Lippe Taylor, where as President and Partner he led the agency in marketing to women for clients including IKEA, David's Bridal, Nestle and Elizabeth Arden. Joseph also spent 12 years at Publicis Groupe, most recently as Managing Director of Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, which he transformed from a traditional pharmaceutical advertising model to an award-winning, full-spectrum health and wellness marketing agency. Joseph also established and grew his own marketing services agency (CPPartners), sold to Publicis in 2002, that serviced a range of clients including Tylenol, Kellogg's, Cadillac, American Express and Pfizer.
Prior to Publicis Groupe, Joseph held marketing positions at Arm & Hammer and Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products. Known for his expertise in brand and integrated marketing, Joseph is the author of the award-winning book, The Experience Effect and the soon-to-be-released The Experience Effect for Small Business. He is also an adjunct professor at New York University, where he teaches two marketing courses, and received his MBA from Columbia University.
