RALEIGH, N.C., Feb. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Innovate Biopharmaceuticals Inc., a clinical stage biotechnology company focused on gastroenterology, has been invited to present at two life science conferences in March.

Innovate will make a presentation during the Cowen and Company 36th Annual Health Care Conference at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, March 7, 2016, and meet with interested investors throughout the conference. The Cowen Conference runs March 7 - 9 at The Boston Marriott Copley Place.

At the Future Leaders in the Biotech Industry Conference, Innovate's presentation is at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 11, 2016, in Room 402/403 with a breakout session from 12:00 to 12:30 p.m. in Room 401. The Future Leaders Conference will be held at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York City.
