LONDON, July 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
Every day, by doing ordinary things, we make a difference to our own and other's lives. Simple things that you provide your family with, like sending your son to the school in a clean and soft shirt or teaching your daughter to brush her own teeth, can help you and your loved ones face each day with a little more confidence and make life easier. At P&G we call the impact of these ordinary moments The Everyday Effect.
The average person goes through a number of major changes through their life from leaving home to having a baby to going back to work. With each one of these stages comes a new set of challenges and opportunities and this can have an effect on your "Everyday".
At P&G, we're not into grand gestures, we're into finding support from closer to home, and we believe that making everyday things easier is often the best kind of help. We believe that with the benefits of our everyday products, ordinary actions can have extraordinary effects. That's why we invest in innovation, to help you manage your latest life stage with as little stress as possible. After all, life is lived in the everyday.
P&G ambassador Kirstie Allsopp says: "As a working mum I know that at times of change nothing makes as big an impact as someone making everyday tasks that little bit easier. This can have an extraordinary ripple effect, and that's something that P&G's been committed to doing for 175 years. We all need to appreciate the power of The Everyday Effect."
The Blue Box experiment
Key to this initiative are 3,600 big Blue Boxes, crammed full of P&G products that all deliver the Everyday Effect. Now all we need are 3,600 people to receive them.
We've picked three crucial life changes as focal points: having a baby, returning to work, or a child leaving home and this is reflected by the contents of the boxes.
Some of these boxes have already been sent out and gratefully received. But if you fall into one of the above categories, there could be a big Blue Box with your name on it. Just follow the link to find out.
