Legendary Executive Pittman and Industry Leader Goel to Share Insights on the Evolution of Digital Media and Advertising
NEW YORK, Oct. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- PubMatic, the programmatic advertising platform company for leading publishers, today announced that iHeartMedia Chairman and CEO Bob Pittman and PubMatic's Co-founder and CEO Rajeev Goel will be the featured keynote speakers at the company's seventh annual Ad Revenue conference, which is the only annual media industry gathering focused on revenue growth strategies for premium publishers.
Goel will begin the day with an address titled "Programmatic: The New Normal" in which he will present his vision for the future of programmatic technology, and later in the day media industry legend Pittman will offer his insights on the fast-evolving media and advertising landscape. Ad Revenue 2014 will be held on Friday, October 24 from 8:00am – 4:00pm in New York City at Pier Sixty.
Pittman has a decades-long track record of successful innovation across a spectrum of media, digital, advertising and entertainment ventures. He currently leads iHeartMedia, Inc. (formerly Clear Channel), which has a greater reach than any other radio or television outlet in the United States, and Clear Channel Outdoor, which has more than one million displays in over 30 countries. Pittman is the co-founder and programmer who led the team that created MTV and has been CEO of MTV Networks, AOL Networks, Six Flags Theme Parks, Quantum Media, Century 21 Real Estate, and Time Warner Enterprises, and the COO of America Online, Inc. and AOL Time Warner. His accomplishments led AdWeek to present him with its first "Media Visionary" award in 2013 and Advertising Age to name him to its list of "10 Marketers Who Changed American Culture."
