iCIMS Appoints Senior Vice President of Corporate Development

MATAWAN, N.J., June 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition software solutions for growing businesses, announced today that Michael Wilczak has joined the Leadership Team as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Wilczak brings his experience implementing and executing strategies for business growth for companies in the technology sector to iCIMS.

Wilczak's experience has led him to collaborate with executives and investors to grow and monetize the value of technology companies in the SaaS, Cloud, and IT infrastructure segments. In previous endeavors, Wilczak was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Infocrossing (IFOX), a provider of SaaS-BPO and infrastructure services, where he was responsible for corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, alliances, marketing, product development and investor relations.  Wilczak also expanded global business through a combination of investments, partnerships, and acquisitions as the Senior Vice President of Strategy at Wipro's (WIT) infrastructure services business. Most recently, Wilczak served as the Managing Director of Stratevum Advisors where he worked with investors to execute strategies for accelerated revenue growth.
