HR professionals have two options for employee incentive programs from one vendor at the SHRM Exhibition in Chicago

Payback Incentives was created for those requiring a more robust incentive management system – while drastically reducing administrative time. It streamlines multiple incentive programs into one online, company-branded website. The system allows companies to set the parameters of the program, and then track the goals, payout awards when the goals are met, and also tracks for tax reporting.
