How Change Creates Opportunities: Financial and Lifestyle Success in Turbulent Market Revealed by Neurosurgeon and Financial Advisor
ANNAPOLIS, Md., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- In his new nonfiction book, "Coping Successfully with Changing Tides and Winds: A Neurosurgeon's Compass" (published by iUniverse), author Dr. Jack Kushner recounts his impressive autobiography as a doctor and financial expert while also recommending some time-proven counsel for surviving as well as succeeding in this rapidly changing economy.
From college as a student of history in Tulane University to a summer in Panama studying tropical medicine at the Gorgas Laboratory to his medical education at George Washington and Michigan and then his volunteer services as a combat surgeon in Vietnam, Dr. Kushner maps out his life story and explains how his principles - preparation, reinvention, adaptability, attitude and motivation - can help readers avoid economic downturn and financial crisis.
With a current administration that is proposing new bills on climate control, healthcare reform and increased taxation, not to mention investments in real estate, stocks and bonds losing their value, Dr. Kushner offers people sound principles in a time when nobody knows where to turn for expert advice. By preparing yourself and adhering to the philosophy outlined in "Coping Successfully with Changing Tides and Winds," you can now learn how to prepare and adapt to an uncertain future.
In short, modern Americans want to feel safe and secure, especially during such a turbulent time in our nation's economy, and with his wealth of experience in founding lucrative businesses and education in finance, Dr. Kushner provides the insight necessary to revaluate your assets and recontextualize change as opportunity. As Dr. Kushner has said, "Most of these ideas came about as the world changed and science improved. And so I tell people, prepare yourself as change occurs and change presents opportunities, which you can take advantage of if you are prepared."
Whether you have to return to work from retirement, have to relocate to an area where there is some type of employment or even modify your career choice in order to get ahead, using Dr. Kushner's practical tips included in "Coping Successfully with Changing Tides and Winds," you'll not only survive job losses and lifestyle changes but thrive during these hard fiscal conditions.
