Housefax Teams Up With Residential Listing Portals
Property History Report Service Adds Value to Real Estate Websites
HAYMARKET, Va., Nov. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Housefax.com, a national data aggregation service providing property history reports for homebuyers and sellers, has launched a national Affiliate Marketer Program (AMP) for real estate listing websites.
"Housefax has developed a widget for real estate websites to leverage our property history reporting system within their listing inventory," said Mike Abdy, Housefax president. "The program will allow partners to earn a referral fee on report sales generated through their websites, which in turn will provide their customers the ability to purchase a deeper history on the home they are considering."
"This opportunity is one that every listing portal and brokerage should take advantage of, as no other site can provide a deeper, faster set of data than Housefax," said Allan Dalton, former CEO of Realtor.com and Housefax Chief Strategy Officer. "Housefax reports include loan, permit and incident histories, natural hazard risks, inspector alerts and other information that allow homebuyers to make more informed decisions."
"We are now rolling out the Housefax Affiliate Marketer Program within a national network of select, high-traffic affiliate websites," said Housefax CEO Eddy Lang.
