HighReach Learning's® Curriculum for Pre-K Approved by the West Virginia Department of Education

Just recently, President Obama's administration announced the third round of the Race to the Top program including the distribution of $500 million to expand access to early childhood programs. Education Secretary Arne Duncan maintains that this significant investment is designed to inspire bold reforms to address problems of uneven quality and access.
