The approximately 3,500 square-foot Southern style home is located on the heart of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, which was named America's Best Island four years in a row. The three-bedroom and three-and-a-half-bathroom two-story home is rendered in a jewel-toned blue and restful greens, nostalgic neutrals with pops of coral and blush pink. It boasts a gourmet kitchen, vast great room, expansive laundry and mudroom and a large, multi-purpose entertaining space upstairs. Located in Windmill Harbour, a private community adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway, and home of the South Carolina Yacht Club, this marsh front property's backyard offers spectacular views, which can be seen from the retractable screened porch that extends the length of the home or the rectangular pool seated parallel to the home, which includes a state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen.

A pre-premiere of the special will be available on the HGTV GO app on December 30. A Spanish language adapted version will be available on Discovery en Español and Discovery Familia.
