Love discovering new flavors, recipes and techniques, but short on time or culinary knowledge? HelloFresh makes preparing restaurant-quality meals at home possible without the hassle of planning, shopping, and measuring. Each box contains step-by-step photo instructions from our experienced chef, designed so that even the kitchen-phobic can create any dish in under thirty minutes.
HelloFresh brings the healthy habit of eating at home back into busy lives in a fun and convenient way. By sourcing the highest-quality ingredients and delivering straight to customers, HelloFresh cuts out the middle-man and provides the freshest possible meat and produce. Widely successful around the world, HelloFresh recently achieved the major milestone of 1 million meals delivered across the Netherlands, UK, Australia, Germany and France. Now, we start the kitchen revolution in the US!
Adriana Molina, HelloFresh's head chef, is based out of Aquavit, the world-famous New York City restaurant. She creates and tests the delicious recipes included in each box. "Working with HelloFresh gives me the opportunity to share my love of cooking, and it makes it possible for people to create restaurant-quality meals using simple recipes that don't require fancy equipment and techniques."
Dan Treiman, HelloFresh culinary advisor and COO, curates HelloFresh's recipes and sources the ingredients. "HelloFresh wants to unlock the joy of creating and sharing homemade meals. My mission is to challenge people's preconceptions about gourmet cooking," says Treiman. "We believe that more Americans would enjoy cooking fresh meals at home, if only it were easier. Cooking shows on TV are enormously popular but it takes so much effort to actually buy all the necessary ingredients. We make it very easy for our customers to discover delicious food in their own homes by doing all the hard work for them."
The dishes take no longer than half an hour to prepare and contain approximately 500 to 750 calories, providing a well-balanced combination of carbohydrates, protein, fats, minerals and vitamins. A three-meal plan costs $69 per week for two people, $129 for four people and $179 for six people. HelloFresh is currently available in the Northeast (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., Delaware, and West Virginia) and will soon expand to the rest of the US.
