KANSAS CITY, Mo., Sept. 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Rosanna Milley understands an employer's dilemma when confronted with human resource and risk management challenges. As a new employee benefits Producer in Lockton's Kansas City Operation, Milley brings more than 30 years of experience as an employee benefits/human resources consultant and corporate human resources professional.

Just prior to joining Lockton, Milley worked at Huron Consulting Group with healthcare and higher education clients to improve their human resources performance. She assisted clients on transforming their human resources area by aligning employee benefits and compensation to focus on what their employees valued most. She collaborated with healthcare clients to help them be more cost effective and efficient and to create high performing talent management functions and human resources operations.

Milley also worked for Mercer Human Resources Consulting for 20 years. During her time at Mercer, she held a variety of roles including a senior consultant. Milley developed client relationships across a variety of industries by providing innovative solutions, and she was responsible for developing go-to-market sales strategies. She also led a team of 32 consultants that produced solid year-over-year revenue growth.

Today, she specializes in employee benefits for healthcare systems, hospitals, physician groups and higher education but also has vast experience in other industries like manufacturing, financial services and retail.

Milley is a certified employee benefits specialist (CEBS) and will advise clients on their employee benefits while leading a team of experts to support client goals.

She is a graduate of California State University and has been a member of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA) since 2012. The organization allows her to stay up-to-date with the latest human resources trends and issues.

In her spare time, Milley volunteers with the Parkinson's Disease Foundation and Arthritis Foundation Pittsburgh.
