Grubb & Ellis/Paramount Commerce Joins Colliers International's Rapidly Expanding U.S. Platform

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Colliers International announced today it has again expanded its U.S. platform with the addition of Grubb & Ellis/Paramount Commerce, Western Michigan's dominant commercial real estate services firm.

With this move to Colliers International, all new and existing Paramount Commerce clients will have access to the added resources and infrastructure of the world's fastest growing commercial real estate services brand. In addition, Paramount Commerce, which will rebrand to Colliers International, will continue to expand on a regional basis as new clients and real estate services professionals increasingly identify with the firm's expanded platform.

Paramount Commerce will adopt the Colliers International name and branding this summer. In the process, Paramount Commerce and its 65 professionals will become part of the world's third largest real estate services firm, with 15,000 employees operating more than 480 offices in 61 countries and with revenues of nearly $2 billion.

There will be no leadership or personnel changes at the firm. In addition to the Grand Rapids office, Paramount Commerce's office in Kalamazoo and Holland are part of the move to Colliers International.
