Reporting to Thomas Hausch, senior vice president of sales, marketing, and aftersales, Adams oversees all aspects of advertising, brand marketing, product management, and retail marketing.

Adams hails from Mitsubishi Motors North America, where he launched Mitsubishi's North American version of its first 100 percent electric vehicle, the "i". Prior to serving as Mitsubishi Motors North America's vice president of marketing and product planning, Adams gained deep international operational experience by holding key roles for various OEMs – including Ferrari, Ford, DaimlerChrysler, and Nissan – in China and Japan. Adams holds a masters in international business studies from the University of South Carolina and a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Richmond.
