ST. LOUIS, Dec. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Financial-services firm Edward Jones was named a 2016 Best Workplace for Parents, ranking No. 2 on the list, which is based on anonymous associate feedback and on the benefits that help parents participate fully in their organizations.

The ranking considered results from more than 120,000 surveys of U.S. employees across a range of industries. Edward Jones excelled in parents' assessment of their companies' fairness, camaraderie, professional opportunities and other factors essential to a rewarding career.
