Gravity4 Announces Its Tenth Acquisition Of Bolzter, The Industry's First Automated Lead Generation Platform, Completing Its Marketing Cloud And Expanding Its Presence In Latin America
SAN FRANCISCO, June 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Gravity4, the world's first High-Frequency Marketing OS, announced the acquisition of Bolzter, the industry's first automated lead generation platform. As a part of this acquisition, the Company will rebrand Bolzter, as CrossGraph, within Gravity4's Marketing Cloud. This marks Gravity4's tenth acquisition in just eleven months.
Bolzter began in 2013 and has built various applications that it offers to marketers which discovers new audiences by mining their existing social graph in real-time. This allows any company to generate leads from its existing cluster of customers and utilize social and display advertising for targeting. In this period of time, Bolzter has already become one of the biggest partners in Latin America for Facebook. With this acquisition, Gravity4 will increase its global presence across the United States and Latin America. As a part of the tenth acquisition, Hernan Rodriguez, CEO of Bolzter, will join Gravity4's Global Management Team.
"Since we launched in 2013, Bolzter has been able to take multiple verticals by storm with its unique automated lead gen platform, rich analytics, and enhanced targeting. Seeing what Gravity4 has already done to disrupt the market, and their vision for the future of advertising, it was an easy choice for us to become a part of their greater vision and allow us to directly connect with their DSP, DMP, and existing marketing cloud," said Hernan Rodriguez, who is now Sr. Director, Lead Gen Platforms at Gravity4.
"Adding Bolzter's offering to the Gravity4 Marketing Cloud will allow us to automate lead generation by using the power of big data, their proprietary influencer graph, which builds new cluster of audiences in real-time, and allow us to enter various new verticals. Utilizing our integrated stack from programmatic, search, and native, we will be able generate a lead and track it all the way to a conversion. By combining the use of Gravity4's Marketing Cloud with apps such as Deliver.me and CRM.me, Gravity4 will also make CrossGraph, the best-in-class automated lead generation platform," said Gurbaksh Chahal, Founder & CEO of Gravity4.
Gravity4's Marketing Cloud offers a self-serve programmatic, native, and search platform for brands, agencies and publishers. Through its proprietary data management platform (DMP) using first-party data, and its Enterprise App Center, Gravity4 is able to connect advertisers with consumers across all consumer touch points.
"As an advertiser that has worked very closely with Bolzter and spends millions of dollars across Social & Display to generate leads, we are very excited to see the complete Gravity4 integrated offering, and how it can help our industry further innovate," said Jesus Soler, Co-Founder of Florida Advertising & Marketing Corporation.
