GraficaGroup Receives WebAward for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey's Online Directory
CHESTER, N.J., March 8 /PRNewswire/ -- GraficaGroup, a full-service, integrated digital and traditional marketing agency, received a 2009 WebAward for "Outstanding Achievement in Web Development for Health Care Standard of Excellence and Healthcare Provider Standard of Excellence" for its redesign of the Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon BCBSNJ) online provider directory.
The provider directory receives the highest amount of website traffic on the insurer's site – www.HorizonBlue.com – and is one of the most important factors consumers consider when selecting a health plan. To improve the functionality and usability of the tool, GraficaGroup completely redesigned the online provider directory (www.horizonblue.com/pd) for Horizon BCBSNJ, which provides health coverage to more than 3.6 million members in New Jersey.
Due to its increased functionality and ease of use, 66 percent of the users who initially visited the redesigned directory reported that they preferred the new format to the previous version, and 60 percent said it is now easier to locate the information they were seeking.
