Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake Teams with Enradius to Increase Vehicle Donations
Unique Ad Campaign Identifies and Attracts Individuals Donating Vehicles with Geo-Targeted Advertising, Keyword Search
BALTIMORE, March 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Enradius, a Baltimore-based digital marketing company that brings the power of geo-targeted advertising and digital marketing to small and medium-sized businesses, recently teamed with Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake to run geo-targeted advertising and SEO campaigns for the non-profit organization. A special campaign designed around Goodwill's vehicle donation program helped increase the non-profit's year-end donations.
Through a carefully-designed, zip-code targeted Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaign, Enradius helps funnel individuals with cars, boats, trailers, RVs, motorcycles and other vehicles to Goodwill of the Chesapeake's vehicle donation information website. Once there, website visitors are provided full information on the program and provided with a number to call to talk to a car donation specialist and schedule a vehicle pick-up or tow.
"Our traffic in the first three months of using Enradius went up 30 percent," said Jonathan Balog, Vice President of Marketing & Communications for Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc. "Enradius' SEO solutions are a cost-effective way for us to get the word out there. We saw a marked improvement with our car and vehicle donations at the end of 2014, enabling more money to go directly to our programs which help people throughout Central Maryland with job training and job placement."
Enradius Digital Marketing used geo-targeted advertising techniques that ensured people looking for vehicle donation information in the Central Maryland area would see Goodwill of the Chesapeake's information, first. Enradius is a geo-targeted advertising and digital marketing solutions company serving the under-served and over-priced market for small and medium sized businesses, non-profits and institutions.
Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc. forecasts that vehicle donation revenue will increase 25% in 2015. The organization accepts donations of all types of vehicles, running or not, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, RVs, trailers, scooters and more, throughout the year. Because of the programs' low cost overhead, all proceeds from monies raised from the sale of the vehicles directly benefits Goodwill program participants. In 2015, Goodwill of the Chesapeake placed more than 2,500 people in jobs with more than 400 employers across the region.
Goodwill continues to accept vehicle donations. For information, visit www.goodwillcardonation.org.
