Goodman appoints Jean-Francois Mounic as Regional Director Southern Europe
SYDNEY, Nov. 3, 2010 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Goodman, the integrated global property group, which owns, develops and manages industrial and office space, today announced the appointment of Jean-Francois Mounic as Regional Director Southern Europe, effective December of this year. He will also continue in his current position as Country Manager for Goodman France.
Announcing the appointment, Danny Peeters CEO for Goodman Continental Europe said: "Jean-Francois Mounic has an impressive track record and extensive expertise in the French property market and will strengthen Goodman's senior management team. The key focus of the Regional Director role is to further pursue the growth of the company in this region."
Jean-Francois will continue to be based in Paris with responsibility for the Group's operations in France, Spain and Italy and will report to Danny Peeters. In the Southern Europe region, Goodman currently has euro 734.6 million of assets under management and euro 84.3 million of developments under construction for parties such as LIDL and DSV.
Jean-Francois replaces Murray Barclay, who will return to Auckland as General Manager Property for Goodman New Zealand.
Jean-Francois has been with Goodman since March 2007. Prior to joining Goodman, he was Commercial Director, Marketing & Communications at the Heppner Group for eight years. He also worked for ABX Logistics for three years and at TNT for ten years.
Jean-Francois said he 'relished the challenge' of his new role.
