The interview technique, which will debut at the popular Interactive Festival this week in Austin, Texas, is an ode to the often forgotten elevator speech, which requires clear, concise communication when presenting an idea in a limited amount of time. The speed interview also connects with today's digital age, where conversations constantly unfold in real time through 140-character Tweets.

"To get the right candidate for this job – a position we believe to be one of the best in all of social media – we see a lot of benefits to bringing the interview to a location where a lot of qualified job seekers will already be. We're excited to see how this interview style works and how the candidates hold up."
Basic requirements for the position include a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, marketing or a related field and a proven track record for managing teams and driving complex projects.
