Goldstein Group Adds Marketing Automation Expertise To Its Growing Account Team
CLEVELAND, March 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Goldstein Group Communications (www.ggcomm.com), a technology b-to-b agency, announces that Eileen Callahan has joined the agency as Manager, Marketing Automation/Account Manager.
Callahan has deep experience in all phases of b-to-b marketing and lead generation, even including several positions in which she was responsible for sales functions. She has spent 15 years in almost every aspect of b-to-b publishing, with a special expertise in new product development.
Prior to joining the agency, Callahan was with Penton Media as Director of Content Services for Penton Marketing Solutions. Before that she was the Director of Account Services for Penton's custom publishing division. While with Penton, Callahan sold and managed the company's lead generation and management services Penton provided to its advertisers, including a wide variety of print and online marketing programs, as well as lead processing, tracking and marketing automation services.
"Our clients are very excited about the potential for using marketing automation software to improve lead efficiency and better understand what truly drives revenues," explained agency President Joel Goldstein. "Eileen's background in creating smooth 'click-to-close' lead generation campaigns specifically in the b-to-b space will allow her to create compelling programs for our clients."
Callahan will manage several account relationships, as well as develop the agency's Marketing Automation offering and manage client activities for several accounts that use Hubspot, Pardot and other similar tools.
Callahan started her career in Washington, D.C., where she worked for telecom publisher Telecommunications Reports, a CCH subsidiary and Atlantic Media's National Journal Group. Prior to her early publishing days, Callahan sold information services for Lexis/Nexis.
About Goldstein Group Communications
Goldstein Group Communications, a technology b-to-b agency, brings an unusual combination of corporate communications management and engineer-level writing capability to its national client roster. With deep experience in electronics and industrial markets, the agency is able to draw on its skills to articulate with impact and clarity the technical advantages its clients bring to their customers. Unlike other agencies, staff members for the most part have built their careers on the corporate side of the desk, rather than as agency executives, a perspective that results in a higher level of accountability and measurability in the agency's programs.
