CHICAGO, Jan. 16, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Soulsight, the global brand strategy and design company specializing in Fortune 100 clients, adds another dimension to its sweeping expansion with the addition of Stephen Kerepesi, as Executive Vice President, Growth. For more than two decades, Kerepesi has been the architect of breakthrough business development and high-performing sales organizations on behalf of world class technology, sports and entertainment companies. He brings this to Soulsight in a new role for the company. His addition is the latest move for the company which last Fall was acquired by Bruin Sports Capital to support is global expansion and diversification.
Kerepesi will work closely with George Argyros (Chief Executive Officer), Adam Ferguson (Chief Creative Officer), and Jim Pietruszynski (Chief Strategy Officer). He will lead the development and growth strategy for the company in tandem with Jessica Feld, Account Growth Director. The focus will be to cultivate new growth markets including sports, entertainment and fashion as well as expand the core CPG business. The company has managed, built, created and introduced an array of outstanding products and services, worldwide on behalf of conglomerates and brands including Campbell's, Hershey's, KraftHeinz, MillerCoors, Pepsico, Tyson, and Walgreens.
Kerepesi previously served as Chief Revenue Officer for ANC, the leading digital LED sports technology firm. There since 2016, he built the company's business development function and redesigned its marketing strategy for the real estate and transportation industries. His work resulted in top and bottom line revenue growth and an increase in total accounts. Ultimately, it became the foundation of the company's industry leading Commercial Markets Group.

In 2011, Steve was recruited by Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott to help launch their first-ever multi-media and content marketing company, Pac-12 Networks. There he established the Corporate Partnership Group, overseeing sponsorship sales and account management functions for the organization. His extensive corporate sales experience and leadership skills were essential to the company's start-up success. That position followed a 14-year run at IMG. There, as SVP, Managing Director, he transformed the sales organization by bringing a consultancy approach to working with brands and build long-term partnerships. This model was instilled across the company, worldwide. He also created IMG's Fashion Week event sales and marketing group.
